A new seven-story residential building has been completed in the city of Magtymguly, Mary welayat. This project was developed to provide comfortable housing for numerous families. The building includes 188 residential units and was constructed as part of an urban development program to expand the housing stock in the region.
The architectural design reflects a modern style while taking into account the region’s climate and social characteristics. The building is constructed from strong, energy-efficient materials that meet safety and durability standards. Special attention was given to insulation, ventilation, and natural lighting.
Each apartment is designed with the future residents’ comfort in mind: kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms of various layouts are included. Apartments vary in size and number of rooms to accommodate families of different compositions. All units are move-in ready with basic finishes.
The surrounding area is landscaped and features pedestrian paths, greenery, recreational areas, and a children’s playground. Parking spaces are also provided. Nearby are schools, kindergartens, shops, and public transportation stops.
The project was supported by local authorities and aimed at improving living conditions. The completed building will provide housing for dozens of families and contribute to the further development of residential areas in the city of Magtymguly. Construction was carried out in compliance with all regulations and under the supervision of relevant agencies.
This new residential building is a step forward in enhancing living standards and urban development in Mary welayat and is part of the region’s housing modernization program.
