Ojar Aziya confirms its readiness to implement the Sarahs–Mary–Serhetabat (SMS) motorway investment project, aimed at integrating the international transport corridors North–South, Lapis Lazuli and East–West within the territory of Turkmenistan. The project is proposed for implementation on a fully investment-based basis and does not envisage the use of state budget funding.
The project will be located in the Serhetabat etrap of Mary velayat, Turkmenistan, and aims to establish a fully functional agricultural processing enterprise using modern technologies to increase efficiency and quality. The production complex will consist of a flour mill and an elevator designed for receiving, processing, drying, and storing grain stocks.
The project for the construction of a hotel complex in the Serhetabat etrap of Mary velayat, planned by the Economic Society "Ýaş Syýahat", represents a promising investment opportunity, driven by several factors, including Turkmenistan’s strategic location at the crossroads of major transport corridors and the growing demand for quality infrastructure to support international freight transportation and transit flows. Moreover, the hotel construction project aligns with the goals of the "Belt and Road Initiative," aimed at developing transport corridors and trade connections between Asian and European countries.
The project titled “Construction of a multifunctional livestock complex with a capacity of 3,450 tons of cow’s milk, 360 tons of goat’s milk, and 110 tons of meat per year” represents a large-scale initiative to establish a modern and high-tech agricultural enterprise in the Mary etrap of Mary velayat.
